Abstract

Se presentan los resultados de una investigación realizada por el autor para identificar lo que considera que son las diez habilidades directivas principales, utilizada para la preparación de un Programa de Diplomado en esta esfera. Se analizan las esferas de actuación de los directivos y las habilidades principales que se necesitan en cada una, la lógica del sistema de habilidades que se propone, el por qué y el para qué de cada una de ellas, así como las particularidades de la “gestión del cambio” como habilidad directiva. Finalmente, se presentan criterios y experiencias sobre cómo ensenar habilidades directivas.
