Análisis integral de la responsabilidad social empresarial en pequenos hoteles del centro histórico de la ciudad de Cartagena

Abstract

En el presente artículo se exponen los resultados de investigación obtenidos del análisis elaborado a un grupo de pequenos hoteles ubicados en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Cartagena con respecto al grado de implementación de prácticas socialmente responsables por parte de estas unidades empresariales. El estudio evidencia que a pesar, de que en estas organizaciones no existe una estructura que permita planear, dirigir, controlar y comunicar la gestión social, se ejecutan algunas prácticas que pueden ser senaladas bajo esta denominación, con base en principios y valores acorde con políticas y programas estatales.
