La transición de la Real Hacienda a la Hacienda Púbica en Durango (México), 1810-1835

Abstract

Este artículo propone que la perspectiva regional brinda una visión privilegiada para entender el tránsito de la Real Hacienda a la Hacienda Pública. En México, el periodo conocido como Primera República Federal (1824-1835) implicó la novedad de la soberanía fiscal estatal. Pero la inédita organización se formó a partir de la redistribución de los antiguos rubros fiscales del periodo virreinal y de las novedades surgidas a consecuencia de la guerra civil novohispana de 1810, la Constitución gaditana y durante el Primer Imperio mexicano. Así, este estudio presenta un recorrido por el sistema de gobierno y administración de los impuestos y rentas desde 1810 hasta 1835 en una de las entidades de la joven nación: el Estado de Durango.
