Asoaipaz: una experiencia de organización colectiva con egresados del proyecto Utopía en el departamento del Putumayo

Abstract

Este artículo tiene como propósito documentar el proceso de conformación y formalización de una organización colectiva con egresados del proyecto Utopía de la Universidad de La Salle, con el objeto de identificar los aprendizajes y proponer recomendaciones concertadas para la mejora continua de la práctica y su posible aplicabilidad en otros contextos territoriales. La metodología utilizada fue la sistematización de experiencias (SDE), que permitió crear conocimientos y aprendizajes. En cuanto al proceso de sistematización de Asoaipaz, se pudo corroborar que esta metodología es un mecanismo ideal para comprender las organizaciones en el territorio, por lo que se recomienda su aplicación para el planteamiento de estrategias de mejora continua como reflexión del propio quehacer de las organizaciones.
