Desarrollo de capacidades investigativas en la educación superior rural: proyecto Utopía, Universidad de La Salle

Abstract

El presente artículo elabora un análisis que permite comprender cómo el proyecto Utopía de la Universidad de La Salle está en capacidad de configurar capacidades investigativas en sus estudiantes rurales. Los resultados de este trabajo dan cuenta de un proceso de seguimiento y observación de los seminarios de investigación del programa de Ingeniería Agronómica del proyecto Utopía, interpretados a la luz del enfoque de capacidades de Amartya Sen y Martha Nussbaum, junto con su aplicación en la educación; asimismo, se presentan en tres apartados. El primero corresponde a la estructura de la investigación del programa de Ingeniería Agronómica del proyecto Utopía; el segundo, a elementos diferenciadores de investigación integrados con la práctica productiva. Finalmente, el tercer apartado corresponde al análisis de las capacidades que adquieren los jóvenes universitarios rurales cuando se enfrentan a un ejercicio de investigación y el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades a lo largo de su proceso formativo.
