Incidencia de la banca multilateral en las asociaciones público-privadas: una perspectiva en Colombia

Abstract

La banca multilateral es un mecanismo que pretende fomentar la productividad y la competitividad de los Estados, para resaltar su papel como protagonistas en la cooperación para el desarrollo integral. Los beneficiarios del financiamiento otorgado por la banca multilateral deben fomentar en su gestión herramientas para el beneficio de la sociedad civil a través del diseno y la construcción de infraestructura y sus servicios asociados. Ante ello, aparecen las asociaciones público-privadas (APP) como alternativa para el fortalecimiento y el apoyo de la gestión estatal desde el conocimiento y la experticia del sector privado. A partir de un análisis descriptivo de información documental se pretendió reconocer cómo ha influido la banca multilateral en el desarrollo de las APP en el escenario colombiano. Los resultados permitirán no solo reconocer las realidades de las APP en Colombia, sino evidenciar la incidencia de la banca multilateral en su gestión y mejoramiento en beneficio de la sociedad.
