Abstract

Los anos recientes han tenido como común denominador las crisis financieras. Según Klingebield (2000), 112 episodios de crisis sistémicas bancariasocurrieron en 93 países entre 1970 y 2000. La Globalización, además,ha conducido a que los efectos se desplacen a través de los vasos comunicantesde las Economías. De ahí han surgido diferentes aproximaciones a lascrisis financieras y se han compartido las experiencias entre los países buscandominimizar los efectos de éstas, obtener una pronta salida y además de la normaliza-ción,aprender de las experiencias para no reincidir en los errores hacia el futuro.
