La promoción del diálogo social como posibilidad para frenar la expansión de trabajos precarios y lograr la justicia social en Colombia

Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar si la promoción del diálogo social puede frenar la expansión de trabajos precarios y lograr la justicia en Colombia. Se realizó una reflexión teórica sobre los efectos de la globalización en el modelo económico del Estado, en el sistema jurídico y en la estructura del empleo. Tras la recolección, revisión y análisis documental, se evidenció la falta de investigaciones que problematicen si el diálogo social podría mejorar las condiciones de los trabajadores. Se concluye que si bien la promoción del diálogo social ha sido incipiente, se requiere la existencia de una política inclusiva que oriente las conductas de los interlocutores sociales hacia la justicia social. Se propone ver en el diálogo social una fuerza que supera la cultura del egoísmo, porque constituye una estrategia que impone un gran desafío para Colombia que debe asumir con esperanza, porque es posible elegir la colaboración a la rivalidad.
