Sistematización de la experiencia de la estrategia De Cero a Siempre en los centros de desarrollo integral en Solita, Caquetá

Abstract

La estrategia De Cero a Siempre, propuesta y realizada por el Gobierno nacional, permite desarrollar los modelos tradicionales desplegados por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar en pro de la primera infancia del país. Si bien su implementación por medio de los centros de desarrollo integral facilita la ejecución de objetivos, líneas y realizaciones que la componen, no existe cono-cimiento de su ejecución en los lugares más retirados del país; por ende, fue necesario sistematizar la experiencia en el Centro de Desarrollo Integral Atardeceres y Luceros, en Solita, Caquetá. De Cero a Siempre representó un cambio positivo en aspectos económicos y sociales, ya que permitió que el tránsito de la modalidad hogares comunitarios a los centros ofreciera una mejora para los docentes —en los aspectos económicos— y para los ninos —en aspectos sociales—. Además, hizo que la planeación y regulación de los procesos estuviera más organizada y expuso limitantes para la atención integral a la primera infancia, los cuales sirven como retroalimentación para los modelos futuros.
