Pobreza y desarrollo

Abstract

En este escrito se argumenta que las nociones de pobreza, desarrollo, calidad de vida y, en general, Lodos los conceptos, variables e indicadores que se usan en las explicaciones y teorías sobre esle terna, son diferentes miradas desde los intereses del observador, del mismo y único fenómeno social. De esta manera, existen múltiples trabajos sobre la pobreza y el desarrollo, Sin embargo, una aproximación desde la perspectiva de la complejidad, debe tener en cuenta que el desarrollo puede hacer referencia a la estructura social corno un todo y a las acciones mediante las cuales se modifica el entorno del sistema; una vez éste se ha podido ordenar a través de la ciencia, con el objetivo de explicar la realidad. De allí que la relación entre pobreza y desarrollo es estrecha. Estas son formas de ver el mismo fenómeno. Lo cual permite pensar la calidad de vida desde un sentido global.
