Abstract

El tema de los seguros se convirtió en una necesidad, al igual que el conocimiento de una segundalengua. El mundo de los negocios exige que el conocimiento en seguros sea indispensable es por estarazón que en es te documento se analiza el crecimiento y desarrollo del sec tor asegurador frente alas necedades de las empresas de familia pequenas y medianas, lomando como punto de partida la historiay perspectivas futuras ele más ele 125 anos, que en su momento, forjaron las primeras companíascolombianas ele seg uros. Se es tudian las implicaciones del sector asegurador en la evolucióncultural ele es te tipo ele empresas, determinando algunas de las razones que han generado des confianzaentre aseguradoras y asegurados, se evalúan las exigencias y garantías al momento de contrataruna póliza ele seguro, así como los documentos y requisitos para reclamar en caso de un siniestropara concluir que en materia de seguros el modelo cultural de los colombianos se mantiene estancado,la desconfianza y mal entendimiento entre los contratantes es el común denominador de un negocioque tiene como principio fundamental la buena fe; entonces ¿cuál será el futuro del sector bajoeste panorama?
