Sistema de producción de frutales caducifolios en el departamento de Boyacá

Abstract

En este artículo se dan a conocer los orígenes, antecedentes y la situación actual de los sistemas deproducción de caducifolios en el departamento de Boyacá, destacando la ubicación de los huertos, lasáreas sembradas, el flujograma del proceso, el plan de trabajo y la estructura por ciclos vegetativos. Estees un primer resultado fruto de un trabajo de investigación realizado en el programa de Administraciónde Empresas Agropecuarias de la Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia (UPTC) conla participación de 30 fruticultores de la región y con información suministrada de primera mano encada agroempresa.
