Los fallos de la integración económica internacional y de la gobernanza supranacional

Abstract

Así como existen fallos del mercado y del Estado (Stiglitz y Rosengard, 2015), también los hay en el proceso de integración económica internacional, así como en lasinstituciones supranacionales que regulan los procesos de integración internacional y global en el actual contexto de globalización; fallos que deben ser comprendidos desdesu complejidad y de esta manera poder resolver grandes problemas globales como las pandemias, la desigualdad, la guerra y el cambio climático. Unos y otros son parte de una realidad que emerge hoy con mayor fuerza, fruto de la crisis que experimenta la globalización, considerada por mucho tiempo como una realidad irreversible. Las tendencias actuales de prioridad nacional en variedad de países, o la conformación de bloques de países excluyentes, indican todo lo contrario.
