Teoría y empírica de los espíritus animales e incidencia en la inversión: caso Colombia

Abstract

El presente artículo muestra un enfoque de la racionalidad desde la perspectiva de Keynes, ampliado en el concepto de espíritus animales y su interacción con las expectativas de los inversores. Asimismo, tal concepto se ilustra mediante un modelo econométrico VEC, en el que se determina que las expectativas de inversión, en particular para Colombia, se tornan positivas ante choques de la inversión de periodospasados y del ingreso; y negativas, ante choques del índice de confianza y la tasa de interés. Además, sugiere cambios para la economía del comportamiento a favor del bienestar financiero proyectado en políticas públicas.
