Abstract

ResumenEl siguiente documento resena la política científica, tecnológica y deinnovación en la Unión Europea, desde la perspectiva de la Comisión Europea.Además, identifica la estrategia planeada para el periodo 2010-2020 dedicadaexclusivamente a este tema, por medio de ella se precisa qué herramientas eindicadores han sido disenados para el control de su ejecución. También eneste artículo se describen aspectos importantes de las más relevantes encuestasrealizadas a la población europea sobre temas de innovación, cuyos resultadosdan visos interesantes de su desarrollo y apreciación de parte de esta comunidadeconómica. Finalmente, se senalan resultados comparativos entre losEstados miembros y otros países, actores principales de la innovación a nivelmundial.******The following document glimpsed from a science, technology andinnovation policy approach in the Europe Union, how as perceived from theEuropean Commission as well the strategy is planned for the period 2010-2020devoted exclusively to this topic, what tools and indicators were designedto control the execution of it, also describes important aspects of the mostsignificant surveys of the European population on issues of innovation, givinginteresting overtones of development and appreciation from this economiccommunity; finally glimpsed comparative results between Member States andother countries key players in the global innovation arena.
