Una propuesta de presupuesto participativo en el Municipio de Sincelejo

Abstract

En este trabajo de revisión bibliográfica se examinan las condiciones para la adopción de una propuesta de presupuesto participativo en el municipio de Sincelejo. Este ejercicio se llevó a cabo en dos fases: revisión de fuentes secundarias y análisis de las condiciones para adoptar una propuesta de presupuesto participativo en Sincelejo. Se encontró que en Sincelejo hay condiciones para realizar un ejercicio de participación ciudadana, aprovechando experiencias tanto nacionales como internacionales. Ello podría ayudar a comprender el papel que juega la comunidad en el entorno de una sociedad participativa y permitiría una asociación entre la sociedad civil, las organizaciones públicas y privadas y el sector político. De esta manera, todos estos estamentos podrían aportar a solucionar las necesidades más sentidas de las comunidades y contribuir a reducir la insatisfacción ciudadana con el sistema político actual.
