Bolivar frente a los objetivos de desarrollo del milenio

Abstract

A pesar de los avances observados en los Objetivos deDesarrollo del Milenio (ODM) por parte de la mayoría delos países signatarios de la declaración en el ano 2000, elavance al interior de los países en desarrollo y en especial Colombia, un país con desigual desarrollo de sus regiones, es aún desconocido. El presente documento pretende establecer una línea de base para la medición de dichos objetivos en el departamento de Bolívar, así como senalar en cuáles se deben realizar mayores esfuerzos paraalcanzar las metas propuestas al 2015.
