Expansión Urbana Y Su Impacto Social Y Economico: Caso Corregimiento De La Boquilla

Abstract

El proyecto "EXPANSIÓN URBANA Y SU IMPACTO SOCIAL Y ECONOMICO, CASO: CORREGIMIENTO DE LA BOQUILLA", trata de temas muy importantes como son la contabilidad social que busca fundamentalmente la armonización de las áreas sociales con la práctica contable, brindando respuestas a los problemas sociales, sus causas, manifestaciones y proyecciones en un entorno dinámico por un lado; y por el otro la expansión urbana que es la forma en que las ciudades o pueblos se hacen más grandes, ocupando los terrenos limítrofes, los cuales hasta ese momento son espacios naturales.Se hace énfasis en el contexto situacional que se está presentando en el corregimiento de la Boquilla donde se muestra una clara evidencia del contraste de lo que es expansión urbana y la contabilidad social, estableciendo cuales son los factores que inciden en este desarrollo urbanístico destacando a las personas que está directamente involucradas en este proceso de evolución socioeconómica y territorial donde encontrara, de acuerdo a las diferentes opiniones de los habitantes inmiscuidos, aspectos positivos y negativos que ha traído consigo el tener que convivir entre lo nuevo y lo propio. Se detalla el cambio que ha tenido el corregimiento de la Boquilla en el transcurso de los anos especialmente desde el momento en que se inicia el proceso de urbanización y modernización con fines turísticos, lo que se puede observar actualmente.
