La organización como sistema complejo: implicaciones para la conceptualización del liderazgo

Abstract

resumense revisaro n las implicaciones que tiene para el liderazgo el pasar de unavisión convencional, en la que la organización se asemeja a una máquinay es función del líder promover su estabilidad y decidir el camino, a losrecientes adelantos en los que la organización se asume como un sistemacomplejo que a través de la autoorganización logra generar nuevas formasque le permiten adaptarse. esta perspectiva involucra profundos cambios enel concepto de liderazgo, menos centrado en el líder y más en los procesosde liderazgo que emergen en el sistema como producto de la interacciónentre agentes. a través de un liderazgo colaborativo, los líderes deben llevara la organización a estados lejos del equilibrio, para promover el aprendizajey la innovación, aspectos esenciales para la perdurabilidad empresarial.aBstractThe implications on leadership of shifting from a conventional vision, inwhich the Organization looks like a machine and the leader is in charge ofpromoting its stability and decide the path to take, to the recent advances,in which Organization is assumed as a complex system that through selforganizationgenerates new ways to adapt.This perspective involves deep changes in the leadership concept which is lessfocused on the leader and more on the leadership processes that result in thesystem as a product of the agent´s interaction.Through a collaborative leadership, leaders must take the Organization to afar from balanced stage in order to promote learning and innovation, beingthese, key aspects to the corporate sustainability.resumorevisaram-se as implicacoes que tem para a lideranca o passar de umavisao convencional, na que a organizacao assemelha-se a uma máquina e éfuncao do líder promover sua estabilidade e decidir o caminho, aos recentesadiantos nos que a organizacao assume-se como um sistema complexo queatravés da auto organizacao consegue gerar novas formas que permitemlheadaptar-se. esta perspectiva envolve profundas mudancas no conceitode lideranca, menos centrado no líder e mais nos processos de lideranca queemergem no sistema como produto da interacao entre agentes. através deuma lideranca colaborativa, os líderes devem levar a organizacao a estadosdistantes do equilíbrio, para promover a aprendizagem e a inovacao,aspectos essenciais para a perdurabilidade empresarial.rÉsumÉnous avons examiné les implications qu´il y a pour le leadership. le faitde passer d´un point de vue conventionnel, dans lequel l´organisation estcomme une machine et c´est la fonction du leader de promouvoir la stabilitéet choisir le bonne voie par rapport aux récents progres dont l´organisationest considérée comme un systeme complexe qu´a travers l´auto-organisationpermet concevoir nouvelles formes qui lui permettent de s´adapter. Cetteperspective implique des profonds changements dans le concept de leadershipmoins axés sur le leader et les processus de leadership qui émergent dansle systeme comme un résultat de l´interaction entre les agents. grace auleadership de collaboration, les dirigeants doivent emmener l´organisationloin de l´équilibre, pour promouvoir l´apprentissage et l´innovation, aspectsessentiels pour la durabilité des entreprises.
