Abstract

Es inminente el reclamo que la sociedad hace para que la disciplinariedad no prosiga marginando la eficiencia de las ciencias y pensamientos cuando de ello pende en consecuencia la excelente aplicación de las mismas en todos los campos que competen las relaciones humanas más aun en el caso de intereses de lo concerniente al derecho. No puede ejercerse economía sin derecho, pero tampoco olvidar que este último hizo parte de la construcción teórica de la economía en conjunto con la antropología, la filosofía y la historia en un mundo pensado desde la globalidad mucho antes que el concepto apremiara con vehemencia debido a que existían precisamente parámetros que contribuían a pensar sobre las ideas para la aplicación y no en la parcializacion delas mismas puesto que se privilegiaban las concepciones relacionadas con la eficiencia y su aplicación.
