Abstract

Para los colombianos, el ano 2010 representa no sólo la llegadadel Bicentenario de nuestra Independencia sino que ademássignifica la oportunidad de elegir un nuevo mandatario con la capacidadde guiar nuestro país hacia nuevas sendas de crecimientoeconómico, así como de conducirlo finalmente hacia la paz porla cual hemos luchado durante estos doscientos anos de independencia;sin embargo, no podemos olvidar las lecciones del pasadopuesto que estaríamos condenados a repetir los mismos errores.
