Representaciones sociales sobre el empresariado en los estudiantes de pregrado de los programas de administración en Bogotá

Abstract

Este artículo presenta los resultados de una investigación que identifi{mosimage}có las representaciones sociales(proposiciones, concepciones, imágenes, modelos) que se manejan alrededor de la actividadempresarial y de la fi gura del empresario en Colombia en los estudiantes que ingresan a 18 facultadesde Administración en las universidades bogotanas, a la vez se determinó, si estas se mantieneno modifi can en el transcurso de su formación profesional. Los resultados muestran que es posibleidentifi car un núcleo común o compartido de la representación en los estudiantes abordados. Lasdiferencias se vinculan mayoritariamente con los niveles de elaboración derivadas del proceso deformación y las experiencias adquiridas, al pasar del empirismo en las concepciones empresarialesa la formación disciplinar.
