Demografía industrial: un estudio sobre relocalización de firmas en Colombia, 1995-2012

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo realiza un estudio retrospectivo sobre la relocalización de firmas en Colombia. Para ello, se evalúa la incidencia de variables financieras, tributarias, territoriales y de accesibilidad en la relocalización de empresas, utilizando un modelo de regresión logística y una muestra de 36.235 companías en el periodo 1995–2012. Se encuentra que la tributación es un factor neurálgico para las decisiones de localización.
