Disponibilidad de Infraestructura de la Región Pacífico de Colombia (RPC): Un Análisis Transversal de los Departamentos y Municipios

Abstract

Este artículo presenta un análisis transversal de los departamentos y municipios de la Región Pacífico de Colombia, en términos de algunos indicadores de infraestructura, tomando como punto de partida información de carácter general sobre esta región. Para tal fin, se aplicó un enfoque estadístico descriptivo basado en información para los 178 municipios de la región, durante el periodo 2014-2017, de acuerdo a la disponibilidad de cada indicador. Los resultados arrojaron que, pese a que la disponibilidad de infraestructura de la Región Pacífico es de carácter medio, se presentan algunos rezagos a su interior.
