Las prácticas de innovación en las pymes boyacences

Abstract

La investigación Datos, indicadores, información y conocimiento de la innovación en Colombia (convenio entre universidades EAFIT, Surcolombiana, Tecnológica de Bolívar y Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia), presenta evidencias de innovación en un grupo de pequenas y medianas empresas (pymes) de Boyacá, y examina las buenas prácticas de innovación (BPI) en grupos representativos de pymes: productoras (agroindustria, manufactura y textil-confección) y servicios (turismo, TIC, salud y transporte), en Tunja, Paipa, Duitama y Sogamoso. Los perfiles de innovación realizados por gerentes y empresarios en producción/servicios, procesos, gestión ymercados,muestran que están en etapa de despegue o desarrollo, con brechas importantes en los cuatro tipos de innovación considerados.
