Una interpretación del concepto de gestión del conocimiento de Nonaka y Takeuchi usando la ficción literaria

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como propósito presentar el rol de la ficción literaria -narrativa, metáfora y analogía- en contextos organizacionales tales como la investigación y la práctica de la gestión por medio de su uso para la interpretación del concepto de gestión de conocimiento planteado por Nonaka y Takeuchi (1995). Esta información es de utilidad para los investigadores, tanto de las ciencias sociales y de las ciencias humanas, como para los directivos o estrategas de las organizaciones, ya que se tiene la oportunidad de explorar el potencial de la ficción no solamente como una “forma de entretenimiento” sino como un medio de transferencia de conocimiento al interior de las organizaciones.
