Adopción de tecnologías verdes y su influencia en las prácticas de responsabilidad ambiental. Percepciones de los trabajadores de hoteles

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo fue analizar desde la percepción de los trabajadores la influencia de la adopción de las tecnologías verdes en las prácticas de responsabilidad ambiental. Para ello, se aplicó una encuesta a 385 trabajadores de 74 hoteles de la Ciudad de México. En el tratamiento de datos se empleó la modelación de ecuaciones estructurales por mínimos cuadrados parciales. Los resultados evidencian que las prácticas de responsabilidad ambiental están soportadas por la adopción de tecnologías verdes según la estructura de costos, el ahorro de recursos y los beneficios que ofrecen. El valor del trabajo radica en exponer la perspectiva de los trabajadores como stakeholders internos de las empresas.
