Emprendimiento Social - Revisión De Literatura

Abstract

El emprendimiento ha cobrado interéspara las escuelas de negocios desdela década de los ochenta debido ala relación con la creación y direcciónde empresas, entre otras razones. Elemprendimiento es un campo vastoque involucra diferentes tópicos comofinanciación del emprendimiento,características del emprendedor, emprendimientocorporativo, empresasde familia, reconocimiento de oportunidades,aprendizaje y emprendimientosocial, entre otros. Esta revisiónse enfoca en lo que representa elemprendimiento social, su constructo,importancia, características y tópicospara investigaciones futuras. Se revisaron51 referencias bibliográfi cas,principalmente artículos publicadosen revistas académicas en relacióncon el emprendimiento social a partirdel ano 2000 y hasta la actualidad.Este artículo, además de clarifi car elconstructo teórico de emprendimientosocial e identifi car sus característicasfundamentales, resalta la importanciadel mismo para el desarrollo depaíses emergentes y su pertinenciaen la política pública. Se presentandiferentes secciones dedicadas a susaspectos fundamentales.
