Inversión colombiana en el exterior: Bavaria y su estrategia internacional con las "cervezas"

Abstract

Muy pocas investigaciones se han realizado sobre los motivantes, destinos, resultados y tendencias de la inversión colombiana en el exterior. Este artículo presenta la estrategia de adquisiciones internacionales que ha tenido el Grupo Empresarial Bavaria en el mercado cervecero de Europa, Panamá, Ecuador y recientemente Perú. Se destaca la reacción estratégica - vía inversión extranjera - que una empresa colombiana ha tenido que realizar como respuesta a los cambios del entorno internacional.
