Abstract

Este caso muestra el interés del Gerente Nacional de Ventas de la Fábrica de Licores Tropical para solucionar problemas de baja participación en especial de la Zona Norte en donde las ventas no estaban dando los resultados esperados. Se cuestiona en cuanto a estos resultados y brinda alternativas desde sus conocimientos especializados en el tema para idear estructuras fuertes de ventas como canales de distribución apropiados entre otros para lograr sus objetivos, actualmente la FLT (Fabrica de Licores Tropical) es una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización a grande escala de productos como el Aguardiente, el Ron y otros productos valiéndose del posicionamiento de la marca "Tropical" con gran éxito dentro del mercado.
