Valores e intensidades de uso del suelo en Bogotá

Abstract

En este artículo se analiza la distribución espacial de los valores del suelo urbano de la intensidad de su uso en Bogotá durante el período 1991-1995. Tiempo durante el cual la tasa de valorización anual promedio fue de 20.5 por ciento, senal de un posible comportamiento especulativo especial. El hecho que destacamos es que de manera sistématica, los mayores valores del suelo no coinciden con una mayor intensidad en su uso (densidades de población).
