Abstract

Este estudio busca analizar cuál es el impacto real que tiene el programa eMéxico como alternativa para reducir la brecha digital en nuestro país. Para tal efecto el reporte se ha dividido en dos partes. La primera (esta) realiza un análisis contextual del programa eMéxico y en particular de los centros comunitarios digitales como una de las estrategias de implementación que le dan fundamento al programa. Para tal efecto se analiza el concepto de la brecha digital, y posteriormente la estructura formal del programa eMéxico incluyendo aquellos aspectos que tienen una relación directa con la perspectiva de reducir la brecha digital.
