Abstract

La Micros y Pequeñas empresas, aunque en general cualquier empresa, requiere de entender a su mercado para enfrentar los cambios del entorno en el cual se desarrollan, para tal efecto es necesario establecer un análisis su clientes y la forma en que estos impactan en el futuro organizacional, la solución no es simple, pero quizás la respuesta que mejor se apega a estas condiciones es precisamente INNOVAR
