Ausbildung im Fokus: Herausforderungen und Lösungsansätze

Abstract

Das ifo Institut befragt im Auftrag von Randstad Deutschland deutsche HR-Abteilungen quartalsweise zu personalpolitisch relevanten Themen. Mit wechselnden Sonderfragen werden aktuelle arbeitsmarktrelevante Fragestellungen untersucht – im vierten Quartal betraf dies das Thema Ausbildung. Bei einer Mehrheit der Betriebe haben 2024 gleich viele Auszubildende angefangen wie im Vorjahr. Gleichzeitig meldeten 61 % der Betriebe Schwierigkeiten beim Besetzen der Ausbildungsplätze. Hauptgrund hierfür ist nach Aussage der Unternehmen eine nicht ausreichende Anzahl an Bewerbungen. Die ungenügende Qualifikation der Bewerbenden spielt ebenfalls eine große Rolle. Unternehmen, die nächstes Jahr keine Ausbildunsgplätze mehr planen, erklären dies vor allem mit fehlenden Betreuungskapazitäten.
