Reformperspektiven für die deutsche Altersvorsorge Der Koalitionsvertrag aus rechtsvergleichender Sicht: Von Schweden lernen

Abstract

In der gerade begonnenen Legislaturperiode steht eine Modernisierung der Altersvorsorge an. Der Koalitionsvertrag sieht eine Kapitaldeckung und eine renditeorientierte Anlage in allen Schichten des deutschen Alterssicherungssystems vor; die Einrichtung staatlich organisierter Fonds soll geprüft werden. Das schwedische Rentensystem enthält einen solchen staatlich organisierten Fonds. Markus Roth, Universität Marburg, schlägt für Deutschland einen staatlich organisierten Fonds für die betriebliche und individuelle Altersvorsorge vor; dieser Fonds sollte in ein System renditeträchtiger und kostengünstiger Anlage in der betrieblichen und individuellen Altersvorsorge eingebettet werden.
