Für mehr Transparenz: Deutscher Bundestag verschärft die Regeln für Nebeneinkünfte von Abgeordneten

Abstract

Im Ökonomenpanel beurteilt eine deutliche Mehrheit der teilnehmenden Ökonominnen und Ökonomen die Abgeordnetenentschädigung als angemessen. Eine Erhöhung der Entschädigung hätte einer Mehrheit zur Folge keinen Einfluss auf die Qualität der Arbeit im Deutschen Bundestag. Allerdings wird ein unabhängiges Gremium zur Bestimmung der Abgeordnetenentschädigung gefordert. Die Nebeneinkünfte von Bundestagsabgeordneten werden kritisch bewertet.
