Wird uns das Homeoffice erhalten bleiben? Ein Blick in 35 Millionen Stellenanzeigen

Abstract

Während eine Homeoffice-Option in Stellenausschreibungen vor der Krise selten war, führte der Corona-Schock zu einem Homeoffice-Boom. Das zeigt die Analyse der Verbreitung von Homeoffice anhand von mehr als 35 Millionen Stellenanzeigen im Zeitraum von 2014 bis 2021. Gleichzeitig haben sich regionale, berufliche und sektorale Ungleichheiten im Zugang zu Homeoffice während der Pandemie verringert. Zudem werden digitale Kompetenzen sowie Team- und Anpassungsfähigkeit vermehrt verlangt.
