Zuwanderung von Fachkräften fördern

Abstract

Angesichts des demografischen Wandels wird Deutschland in den kommenden Jahren mit einem zunehmenden Fachkräftemangel konfrontiert sein. In Deutschland kann das Fachkräfteeinwanderungsgesetz notwendige Kompetenzen sichern: Damit es diese Wirkung entfalten kann, sollten der Visaprozess und die Terminvergabe optimiert und die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten während der Suche ausgebaut werden. Darüber hinaus sollte die Arbeitsmarktbeteiligung von bereits in Deutschland lebenden Geflüchteten erhöht werden.
