Kaum Veränderung in der Befristungspolitik bei Neueinstellungen

Abstract

Die Befristungspolitik bei Neueinstellungen im Jahr 2020 wurde im Vergleich zu 2019 kaum verändert. Innerhalb der Wirtschaftsbereiche gibt es jedoch erhebliche Unterschiede. Die Befristungsquote ist im Verarbeitenden Gewerbe mit rund 47% durchschnittlich am höchsten, gefolgt vom Handel mit 37% und den Dienstleistern mit 26%. Rund 14% der Industrie- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen tätigten 2020 gar keine Neueinstellungen, im Handel waren es den Befragungsergebnissen zufolge 8%.
