Realwert des Bruttoinlandsprodukts und Terms of Trade: Ergebnisse für das Jahr 2020

Abstract

Das Statistische Bundesamt veröffentlicht neben dem preisbereinigten Bruttoinlandsprodukt auch den Realwert des Bruttoinlandsprodukts. Die beiden Indikatoren unterscheiden sich um den Terms-of-Trade-Effekt. Im Jahr 2020 konnte die deutsche Wirtschaft aufgrund deutlich verbesserter Terms of Trade kräftige Kaufkraftgewinne verbuchen, die dem produktionsbedingt starken Rückgang der heimischen Realeinkommen im Gefolge der Covid-19-Pandemie entgegenwirkten.
