Branchen im Fokus: Möbelindustrie

Abstract

Wie fast alle Branchen des Verarbeitenden Gewerbes leiden auch die Möbelhersteller unter den Auswirkungen der Corona-Pandemie. Insbesondere der deutliche Einbruch der Nachfrage setzte der Branche im März und April stark zu. Für das zweite Halbjahr 2020 rechnen die Teilnehmer der ifo Konjunkturumfragen dagegen wieder mit einer Erholung – wenngleich diese nicht ausreichen dürfte, um die Rückgänge aus dem ersten Halbjahr auszugleichen.
