Was erwarten die deutschen Unternehmer von einer Industriepolitik? Industriepolitik 2.020 – quo vadis!?

Abstract

Im Zeitraum von April bis Juni 2019 befragte das ifo Institut im Auftrag der Stiftung Familienunternehmen mehr als 1 400 Familien- und Nicht-Familienunternehmen, wie ihrer Ansicht nach die deutsche Industriepolitik ausgestaltet werden sollte. Den Ergebnissen zufolge wird die Schaffung von nationalen Großunternehmen oder Champions, wie im Konzept des deutschen Bundeswirtschaftsministers zur »Nationalen Industriestrategie 2030« vorgesehen, von lediglich 1,3% aller befragten Unternehmen befürwortet. Die horizontale Industriepolitik im Sinne einer breit angelegten Förderung hingegen erhielt im Rahmen der Befragung größeren Zuspruch. Die staatliche Förderung von bestimmten Branchen und Schlüsseltechnologien wurde insbesondere von Nicht-Familienunternehmen und Unternehmen mit mehr als 1 000 Beschäftigten befürwortet.
