Geflüchtete Frauen in Deutschland: Ein quantitativer Überblick

Abstract

Seit dem Jahr 2012 haben über 500 000 Mädchen und Frauen in Deutschland einen Antrag auf Asyl gestellt. Die öffentliche Aufmerksamkeit richtet sich allerdings nur in geringem Umfang auf ihre Integrationsperspektiven. Die Akkumulation mehrerer Faktoren, wie eine durchschnittlich schlechtere Qualifikation, geringere Erwerbserfahrung, mangelnde Beteiligung am Spracherwerb und familiäre Verpflichtungen, erschweren geflüchteten Frauen die Teilhabe an der deutschen Gesellschaft. Der Artikel bietet einen Einblick in die Thematik im Lichte aktueller wissenschaftlicher Befunde.
