Jedes fünfte Unternehmen hat bereits Geflüchtete beschäftigt

Abstract

Das ifo Institut befragt im Auftrag und in Kooperation mit Randstad Deutschland vierteljährlich mehr als 1 000 Personalleiter nach der Anwendung verschiedener Flexibilisierungsinstrumenten. Zudem wurden die Unternehmen im ersten Quartal 2017 nach ihren Erfahrungen mit Geflüchteten befragt. Da eine ähnliche Frage bereits ein Jahr zuvor gestellt wurde, können nun erste Entwicklungen aufgezeigt werden. So hat sich der Anteil der Unternehmen, die Geflüchtete beschäftigt haben, innerhalb eines Jahres verdreifacht.
