Abstract

Ferdinand Dudenhöffer, Universität Duisburg-Essen, plädiert in seinem Kommentar für die Änderung der Messeinheit bei Kraftstoffen. Seiner Ansicht nach sollten, um ein wirklich klimaeffizientes Antriebsprogramm in der Autoindustrie umzusetzen, nicht Volumenmaße, sondern Energieinhalte als Maßeinheit dienen. Damit ließen sich alle Antriebsarten nach den Kriterien der Effizienz vergleichen, und fasche Allokationswirkungen würden ausgeschlossen.
