ifo Migrationsmonitor: Innereuropäische Migration nach Deutschland – Beginn einer rückläufigen Tendenz?

Abstract

Im Zuge der EU-Erweiterungen stieg die innereuropäische Migration nach Deutschland stetig an. Nach den neusten Zahlen des Bundesamts für Migration und Flüchtlinge für Januar bis September 2016 ist jedoch erstmalig seit 2010 die Höhe der Zuwanderung im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum Januar bis September 2015 um 9% gesunken: Die stetige Steigerung der Zuwanderung scheint sich 2016 nicht fortzusetzen.
