Abstract

In seinem Kommentar zeigt Martin Seidel, Universität Bonn, dass einer Reform der Europäischen Währungsunion weder politische noch rechtliche oder ökonomische Gründe entgegenstehen und dass ein bestimmtes Modell einer neuen Parallelwährungsunion die Probleme der Maastrichter Währungsunion beheben könnte.
