ifo Personalleiterbefragung – Einfluss eines flächendeckenden Mindestlohns auf den Personalbestand

Abstract

Das ifo Institut befragt jedes Quartal rund 1 000 Personalleiter nach der Bedeutung verschiedener Flexibilisierungsinstrumenten, die im Personaleinsatz angewendet werden. Mit der Sonderfrage im ersten Quartal 2014 wurden die Unternehmen gefragt, wie sich vor dem Hintergrund der Mindestlohnpläne ihr Personalbestand in diesem Jahr bzw. ab 2015 voraussichtlich verändern wird. Aus den Antworten geht hervor, dass die Mindestlohnpläne zwar in mehreren Branchen keinerlei Rolle spielen, vereinzelt ist aber mit drastischen Konsequenzen, wie umfangreichen Entlassungen, zu rechnen, insbesondere in Bereichen, in denen geringqualifizierte Arbeitskräfte eingesetzt werden.
