Zur Einführung des ESVG 2010: Auswirkungen auf das Bruttoinlandsprodukt

Abstract

Im September 2014 werden vom Statistischen Bundesamt im Rahmen der nächsten großen Revision der Volkswirtschaftlichen Gesamtrechnungen erstmalig Ergebnisse nach dem neuen Europäischen System Volkswirtschaftlicher Gesamtrechnungen (ESVG 2010) präsentiert. Vorläufigen Schätzungen des Statistischen Bundesamts zufolge dürfte das nominale Bruttoinlandsprodukt in Deutschland auf Basis des ESVG 2010 und hier vor allem aufgrund der Verbuchung von FuE-Aufwendungen als Investitionen in geistiges Eigentum um etwa 3% höher sein als das nach geltendem ESVG ermittelte Ergebnis. Für das Stichjahr 2011 dürfte sich nach Eurostat die durchschnittliche Niveau-Anhebung des nominalen Bruttoinlandsprodukts in der EU auf 2,4% belaufen.
