50 Jahre Ankara-Abkommen: Bisherige europäisch-türkische Wirtschaftsbeziehungen und zukünftige Perspektiven

Abstract

Während die politischen Beitrittsverhandlungen der EU mit der Türkei in den letzten Jahren keine großen Fortschritte vorzuweisen haben, entwickeln sich die bilateralen wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen sehr positiv. Mit einer stetigen Steigerung des Güterhandels ist die türkische Industrie heute sehr stark mit der europäischen Ökonomie verflochten. Der Beitrag beleuchtet die Handelsbeziehungen zwischen der EU/Deutschland und der Türkei und zeigt mögliche institutionelle Herausforderungen, die sich im Rahmen der neueren Handelspolitik der EU für die türkisch-europäischen Beziehungen ergeben könnten.
